What else is worth knowing about FullCall?
Can I use the product for free?
Of course! We have a Freemium package that activates automatically after 14 days of testing if you do not choose another, more resource-rich paid plan.
How does the trial period work?
You get a professional and vast Premium package worth PLN 245 for 14 days for testing by creating an account. If you choose not to purchase, your account will automatically upgrade to the free Freemium plan at no cost or catch.
Can I configure contact channels?
Yes. You can use whatever channels your business is ready for. Chat alone or audio/video? Or all together? No problem, click on / off, and that’s it!
Do I need a widget on the website?
You do not need. Audio/video channels or chat can be linked to the graphics of your choice anywhere on the website, and you can initiate conversations with the client there.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are integrated with the Stripe payment operator, offering secure card payments. If you need to pay otherwise, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Do I have to sign a contract to use FullCall?
When creating a new account, you must accept the regulations for the provision of services, which is tantamount to concluding a contract by electronic means.
Can I opt-out of FullCall at any time?
Our service works in the SaaS / “Pay as you go” model. During the subscription to the paid plan, you can cancel at any time, and the following recurring fee will no longer be charged. Of course, this does not apply to the free package.
Can I change my package to another at any moment?
You can upgrade your package at any time. You also can lower your package for the next billing cycle.
Are there any hidden costs in addition to the stated net prices?
Only the officially stated prices in the price list are valid. The VAT due in Poland (23%) is added to each service.
How to add a FullCall plugin to a website?
You have the option to install our plugin or paste the code generated for you into your website. In case of any problems – contact us, we will surely explain how to do it.
Do you have plugins for popular platforms such as WordPress or PrestaShop?
Of course. You need to search for FullCall applications in the appropriate marketplace and install them.
Do you have a mobile application?
Mandatorily. You can chat, receive, and make audio/video calls or redirect calls from the application.
